The TheatreFestivalMagazine is a vital part of Het TheatreFestival. Over ten days, the TheatreFestival Editors dive into the festival’s highlights, insights, and stories. The magazine features sharp columns, in-depth essays, and other inspiring contributions that capture the festival’s rich versatility. Each edition is led by a young editor-in-chief, with a select group of students contributing to the narrative of Het TheatreFestival in all its dimensions.

Het TheatreFestival itself is a nomadic and leading celebration of exceptional theatre, dance, circus, and performance. In 2024, it made its home in Antwerp, where, for 11 days, it shone a spotlight on the vibrant theatre landscape of Flanders and beyond. With DE SINGEL as its beating heart and partner venues scattered across the city, the festival joyfully kicked off the new performing arts season. The programme featured a festive opening, workshops, jury selections, and a curated lineup of last season’s most talked-about performances. For this edition, we handled the (re)branding, embracing bright colours and dynamic patterns to capture the energy, depth, and layers of the stage while offering a fresh perspective.
