Loofwerk is a laboratory for the cross-pollination of flowers, their history, art and crafts. It is an organic flower nursery and workshop founded by landscape historian Mariette Kamphuis, situated on the Op Hodenpijl estate, near Delft, The Hague, and Rotterdam. The primary emphasis lies in promoting sustainable flower cultivation and floral art.

Our studio embodied these core values in this identity. By incorporating old illustrations in vibrant colors, we bridge the gap between the past and the present. Additionally, our typography blends contemporary and traditional elements, referencing classic ligatures in a sleek serif font. Placing the logo prominently at the bottom of the compositions, we created a foundation for growth and flourishing, making Loofwerk the nurturing base for everything to thrive upon.
